Angela Loi, LMFT

Hi! My name is Angela Loi. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#LF60698674). I practice counseling in Washington State. I am Chinese. I am a bilingual Chinese and English-speaking and bi-cultural first-generation psychotherapist. I worked in a variety of behavioral health settings with children, families, individuals, couples, and the elderly. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices (attachment, psychodynamic, family systems, person-center, solution, and cognitive-behavioral) and adjust my style to best fit your needs. I believe counseling is your journey to find what works best for you. I cannot predict your journey, but I can walk down your journey path with you.

About me

What is the definition of counseling to you? Counseling is a safe place to express your feelings, your emotions, to explore, and to discover who you truly are and who you really want to be when your current world is not where you want to be.

Counseling is not for everyone when you are not ready to move forward from your world. I personally been there and rode my emotional roller coaster. This life experience has provided me with a deeper understanding of Me, who I am, and able to become – who I really want to be today. It was difficult, scary, anxious, depressed, and all the unknowns when you had to ride the roller coaster by yourself, you don’t have to be because you have the choice to have me by your side to ride your roller coaster with you.
