Angela Soley, LMFTA

Hello and Welcome! I’m Angela.

If you’re exploring therapy, it’s likely that life feels overwhelming right now—and I want you to know I’m proud of you for taking this step. Seeking help takes courage, and you don’t have to face things alone. As you pause here, I invite you to breathe deeply and allow yourself a moment of ease. You’re capable of healing. You’re more resilient than you realize. I truly believe in your strength and capacity for growth.

Let me share a little about myself: I have a deep passion for helping people reconnect with the inner peace, joy, and love that lives within all of us. Sometimes those qualities get buried beneath layers of hurt, stress, or confusion—but they’re still there. In our sessions, we’ll gently work through those layers and rediscover your sense of purpose and vitality. I bring a curious and compassionate presence, asking thoughtful questions that help you clarify your identity, desires, and direction. You’re welcome to show up fully—with tears, laughter, silence, or whatever you’re holding. This is your space.

I work best with people who are open to growth and ready to do the inner work. Along with deep listening, I offer tools to help you take action and move forward. My work incorporates coaching, somatic practices, mindfulness, and creative expression. I’ve seen profound shifts occur through a combination of dialogue, writing, movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness.

As a therapist, I support individuals in healing from PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, BPD, and DID. I gently guide clients toward self-compassion and inner safety. I also love working with couples and families to clear emotional blocks, improve communication, and restore intimacy and connection.

It would be an honor to be part of your journey. Together, we can release old pain, reclaim your joy, and build a life that truly feels like your own.
