Hi! I’m Angela!

I imagine if you’re looking for a therapist, life might feel pretty challenging for you right now. I know life can be a heavy, painful struggle sometimes and I am proud of you for seeking support. You don’t need to do this alone. I hope you’re in a place where it is safe to relax and slow down for a moment. As you look around, I invite you to take deep, slow breaths and let your body soften. I believe you can get through this. I believe you are stronger than you know. I believe in your resilience.

A bit more about me: My heart’s desire is for everyone to connect with their innate love, joy, and peace. I believe love and joy are always present within us, they are just often hidden under layers of pain and misunderstanding. Together, we can peel back the layers and bring back your vitality. I love to listen and ask questions, which helps clients get clear on who they are, what they want, and where they are going! You are safe to share your complete (sometimes tangled) truth with me. Tears, laughter, growls, and silence are welcome.

I click best with clients who are motivated to learn and grow. I am ready to give you the tools to create a life you love. In addition to compassionate listening, I utilize coaching, accountability, and mind-body engagement. I find powerful, accelerated healing using the tools of talking, writing, meditating, breathing, moving, sounding, and bodywork.

As a psychotherapist, I specialize in helping people heal PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, BPD, and DID. I gently guide clients to finding love and compassion for themselves. Additionally, I love sitting with couples and families who are working to clear resentments, create harmony, and reinvigorate intimacy.
