Elizabeth Silva, LSWAIC

What we can truly control in life begins and ends within our inner world. While we may influence others, how that influence is received or interpreted is beyond our reach. Resilience—the ability to adapt and grow despite life’s challenges—is one of the strongest indicators of a fulfilling and peaceful life. My goal is to support individuals in discovering and strengthening that resilient core. When we feel centered, grounded, and aware of the emotional energy around us, we gain greater confidence in navigating the complexities of life.

Our capacity to develop inner strength isn’t evenly distributed. Every life journey is shaped by unique circumstances, privileges, traumas, and environments. Revisiting past injustices or the “what ifs” of our lives can cloud the path to wholeness and resilience, making it harder to feel empowered in the present.

My approach

I work from the belief that our thoughts profoundly shape our perception of reality. If we removed beliefs and judgments, life would be reduced to a series of neutral facts—detached from the meaning we instinctively assign to our experiences. Meaning is created from within. That’s why it’s so essential to explore how our internal dialogue and thought patterns influence our emotional world.

By learning how to consciously shape our thoughts—choosing those that are grounded, compassionate, and constructive—we begin to transform our experience of life itself. When we untangle and reframe the stories we tell ourselves, both our internal state and the way we relate to the world around us can shift in powerful ways.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.
