Holly Sossi, LICSW

With over seven years of experience in the mental health field across both California and Washington State, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse clinical roles supporting children, adolescents, transitional-age youth, adults, older adults, and families. My background includes providing crisis hotline support, school-based therapy during my graduate internship, and clinical roles such as Assertive Community Treatment clinician and behavioral health therapist. In my most recent position, I delivered psychotherapy services to individuals across the lifespan. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandman University in 2014, followed by a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2017. My graduate studies focused on children, youth, and families, with a sub-concentration in military social work.

My approach

I am deeply committed to offering a therapeutic space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to pursue meaningful change. My clinical framework integrates humanistic principles, attachment and child development theories, and family systems theory. Whether working with individuals or families, my goal is to support the development of stronger communication, healthier relationships, and more effective coping strategies. I believe in helping clients create sustainable change that enhances their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
