Lauren Olshtein M.S, Registered Mental Health Intern

Lauren Olshtein is deeply passionate about guiding individuals in achieving their mental health goals. She earned her B.A.S. in Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago, where she also excelled as an All-American soccer player. Currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern, Lauren is completing her doctorate at Western States University. She specializes in Sports Psychology and is dedicated to helping athletes navigate the challenges of competitive sports and the personal growth that comes with it, both within and outside of the sporting world.

Lauren integrates Person-Centered and Solution-Focused interventions, with a psychodynamic approach, to support her clients in reaching their therapeutic objectives. Her focus is on empowering individuals to build confidence, resilience, and well-being as they pursue their personal and professional goals.
