Lauren Olshtein M.S, Registered Mental Health Intern

Lauren Olshtein is passionate about helping others as they navigate their mental health goals. She received her B.A.S. in psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago and was also an All-American soccer player. Lauren is now a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern and is completing her doctorate degree at Western States University. She specializes in Sports Psychology. She has a passion for competitive sports and the development it brings for athletes and their life outside of sport. Lauren utilizes Person-Centered and Solution-Focused interventions with a psychodynamic approach as she works with clients to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
