About me

I believe in meeting my clients exactly where they are, recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique. There is no set timeline for healing, and no two individuals experience life the same way. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, understanding, and encouragement. Through my own experiences with trauma and life challenges, I’ve come to see how hope, persistence, and professional support can make a profound difference in how we face both big challenges and everyday struggles.

Creating meaningful change isn’t always easy, but I am committed to walking alongside you, one step at a time, on your path to healing. I use an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from techniques like person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, among others, to tailor our sessions to your needs and goals.
