Choosing a therapist who resonates with you is an important decision, which is why I’d like to introduce myself and my approach to therapy.
This information may help you determine if we might be a good fit. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions you might have.

In my practice, you are the focus. I strive to establish a
warm, supportive, and confidential space where we can work together toward creating the life you desire. The foundation of my therapeutic philosophy rests on developing genuine self-compassion, authentic self-acceptance, and discovering fulfillment in daily experiences.

About Myself

My personal journey includes twenty years of marriage and raising two adult children (now 26 and 27), giving me valuable perspective on parenting challenges and family relationships. While I work with families, my primary focus is on individual healing and personal development. I’m especially enthusiastic about the healing potential of Art Therapy techniques.

With nearly three decades of experience in diverse corporate settings—ranging from established corporations to emerging startups—I’ve navigated the complexities of workplace stress and difficult professional relationships. This background enables me to offer informed guidance for those recovering from professional burnout and developing healthy boundaries within demanding work environments that often overlook personal wellbeing.

My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by the transformative effects therapy had in my own life. The difference between my pre-therapy and post-therapy experiences has been profound. I genuinely believe that prioritizing emotional health creates positive ripple effects throughout all dimensions of life. Beyond personal satisfaction, emerging research consistently shows that psychological wellbeing significantly enhances physical health outcomes and overall life quality.

My personal experience includes overcoming depression, anxiety, trauma, and addictive patterns. If you’re prepared to make an investment in your wellbeing, I can support you in achieving the kind of positive transformation I’ve experienced myself.
